Gingerbread Man

My mom got Molly a HUGE Gingerbread Man making kit from Trader Joe's.

Apparently a a gingerbread man decoration crew requires three adults for every kid:


Note the bite mark on the top of the head. Yep, she thought she could get away with it:


Molly is more of an Art Director... likes to direct rather than get her own hands dirty:


Sprinkles? I'll get my hands dirty for sprinkles!

Aunt Tracey came to visit

Aunt Tracey flew in for the Christmas holidays. Her flight got in after Molly's bed time. The next morning Molly got up and discovered Aunt Tracey sleeping in the living room next to her beloved Christmas tree.

Putting them in was one thing... getting them out was another.

Daddy's girl

Molly likes to boss N around. N likes it too. A few weeks back she asked N to read to her. He gladly obliged. However, she wanted him to read to her at her art desk in the kitchen. Why? Who knows. I'm sure she had her reasons.





A few days later Molly told N to lay down with her on the futon. Once again N was more than happy to oblige.





I just love how Molly's feet are kicked up on her daddy.

Happy New Years!

N is winding Molly down for bed time. We're putting 7 kids (ages 8 months to 7 years) down under one roof. Then the adults get to ring in the New Year.

Winter Wonderland

Stepped outside the cabin to take a quick video of all the lovely snow. You can hear all the snow plows working hard in the distance. Blue skies peaked through for a bit, but it's back to a light snow.

The fake mini Uggs that I got Molly last year (on the big side) still fit. Yay!

Tahoe

Drove up yesterday. It was snowing when we arrived. N brushed off a good foot of snow from the top of the Yukon this morning. Not sure how much actually fell.
