Social D

Heather and Adam were kind enough to watch Miss Molly (and lend me their car) so I could meet up with my girlfriend Chris to see Social D for her birthday. It was at an outdoor venue and it was hot out so I thought I would wear a skirt and flip flops. Rookie mistake. I'm actually impressed no one stomped on my feet considering how close I was to the pit... then again the pit was full of 40 year olds.

ICE CREAM!!!!

It was a lovely night... yes, LOVELY night IN Minnesota. California was having a crazy heat wave and so far the weather had been really nice in Minnesota. MUCH better than last year when we were in town for an epic heat wave. Anyway, we ate dinner out back and we had just finished up when we heard the ice cream man making his rounds.

We had a busy day. Molly was in heaven finally being able to hold a baby. Olivia loved the attention so it was a perfect match.

Then we headed to a VERY elaborate outdoor park.

However, she did need a little help getting down with her short legs...

Then we headed off to Chuck E. Cheese... this was by far the CLEANEST one I've been too. Did not feel the need to bathe in Purrell when we left which was a first.
