Kauai, day two

We got up Friday morning and headed into Hanalei for breakfast.

We ended up at Hanalei's Wake-up Cafe and thanks to a quick yelp search I ordered their macadamia nut cinnamon roll which is indeed "killer".

After that we did some snorkeling at Tunnels beach for further underwater case testing.  Saw lots of fishes and headed back into Hanalei for some amazing fresh juice at the Aloha Juice Bar.

I had noticed a sign for a fish market on the way into town and we found it behind the Dolphin Restaurant.  N got some poke and seaweed salad and I enjoyed a crab roll.

This was actually taken the day before while testing in front of the hotel.

We headed back to the hotel and rented some SUP boards from the activity desk.  We paddled up the river a bit.  Then we laid down and crossed our paddles and let the current take us back down the river. Gorgeous views.  Too bad N's underwater case weighs approx 19 lbs above water as there would have been some great shots.

That night we ended up at the Makana Terrace for dinner.  It was a little cloudy for a proper sunset, but still breathtaking views.  Another excellent meal.  Too much good food.
